THE DESIGN

A team of architects from Clark Architects Collaborative 3, led by Kevin Clark, designed our new church. The fundraising goal is $32 million:

• $23 million for construction

• $5 million for non-construction expenses (design, engineering, furniture, fixtures, equipment, and fundraising)

• $4 million for a stability fund endowment

Careful planning and research have been done, and we are confident that this number won’t need to change mid-project. The project budget of $32 million does not include sacred art or beautification, only a sturdy and functional facility.

With a proposed layout of 25,000 square feet, the new church will seat 300 people. The parish hall will allow for community dinners of 180, and there are spaces for 6-8 different Bible study groups to meet at the same time. There is an adoration chapel connected to the east side of the main chapel and a courtyard in front of the church.
