02. SALVATION OF SOULS
St. Teresa's is 100% focused on the salvation of young people's souls and in enriching their lives in Christ.
College is not just about acquiring job skills and preparing for a career, it is also a next stage in the growing up process. For Christians, the most important part of growing up is to grow closer to Jesus. St. Teresa’s daily offerings of Mass, Confession, and Holy Hours are the spiritual food for the journey on the path to a life in Christ.
While it might be a pleasant thought for parents to think that they are done raising their children in the faith when they leave home for college, that is not the reality. In fact, college is the time when parents must depend the most on the positive impact that others can make on the choices that their children are making. College can be the “finishing school” of faith, and St. Teresa’s takes this role very seriously.
There are many students who have never encountered Christ. The Creator of existence brings each of us into existence only for the purpose of sharing an intimate, inner life with Jesus. Imagine never knowing this. Imagine the joy of discovering this. Imagine the joy of sharing it.
